Antonio has a PhD (2011) in Computer Science and a MSc (2008) in Advanced Computer Technologies, both from the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Antonio joined the WiSAR lab as a Postdoctoral Researcher in January 2012, after a 4 year PhD scholarship and 6 month Postdoctoral contract at the Albacete Research Institute of Informatics. Antonio has participated in many projects related to wireless sensor networks, embedded systems and building and environmental monitoring. Antonio has been a TCP member of several international conferences and a reviewer in numerous journals and conferences. His current research interests cover the integration of artificial intelligence with wireless communication protocols, focusing on energy efficient routing approaches for wireless sensor networks and body area networks. |
