Ben has a B.Eng(Hons) in Embedded System Design from the Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT). Ben joined the WiSAR Lab in May 2009 as a Research Technician. Prior to that, he had worked for 4 years in the EPICentre at LYIT on collaborative projects with industry involving PCB Design and Layout, Electronics System Design. His current research interests are in the areas of Wireless sensor networks (WSNs), Low Power Measurement techniques, Wireless Testbed Infrastructure, Embedded System Design and the use of Energy Harvesting in WSN's. |
